Membership grading criteria

Summary of AC Organisational and Corporate Membership Options and Grading Criteria

There are 5 levels of Organisational Membership:

1) Organisational Membership

£180.00 membership fee plus £32.50 one time registration fee
€227.16 membership fee plus €41.02 one time registration fee

This level is open to those organisations where coaching is the primary function, either by providing a service or supplying training for coaches.

For companies or groups actually engaged in or associated with the field of Coaching, as outlined below:

    • Service companies who provide Coaching/and or related Consulting services
    • Coaching is a service offered by your business to external clients
    • Training organisation involved with training for coaches
    • Provision of services specifically related to coaches or coaching

Organisational membership entitles the company to one primary contact and two additional representatives who would all receive AC communications and discounts to events.

Organisational Members shall also be entitled to all the ordinary facilities of the Association plus an Organisational on-line listing for the company, and receive notice of and be represented at relevant meetings of the Association. An Organisational Member may, by putting in writing under the hand of the Secretary or other duly authorised officer, appoint one representative to vote at meetings of the Association. The representative appointed shall be subject to the same conditions governing each event as may be applicable to members.

2) Organisational Membership/Individual

£210.00 membership fee plus £32.50 one time registration fee
€265.02 membership fee plus €41.02 one time registration fee

This would give you all of the entitlements of Organisational membership with one individual representative having their own listing on the individual on-line directory together with their own individual membership certificate. The named individual must fill out a separate application form which is vetted and approved by the AC. They must be at either associate or member level to get into the on-line individual directory.

3) Organisational Membership/Individual with additional representatives

£210.00 membership fee plus £32.50 one time registration fee plus £30.00 for each extra representative to a maximum of 10
€265.02 membership fee plus €41.02 one time registration fee plus €37.86 for each extra representative to a maximum of 10

This would give all of the entitlements of Organisational Membership plus a maximum of ten additional organisational representatives who would receive AC communications and discounts to events plus one listing on the individual directory for one named individual who would also receive AC communications and discounts to AC events. The named individual must fill out a separate application form which is vetted and approved by the AC. They must be at either associate or member level to get into the on-line individual directory.

4) Organisational Membership/Individual with additional members

£210.00 membership fee plus £32.50 one time registration fee plus £75.00 for each extra Associate Individual Member listing or £75.00 for each extra Individual Member listing to a maximum of 10

€265.02 membership fee plus €41.02 one time registration fee plus €82.03 for each extra Associate Individual Member listing or €94.65 for each extra Individual Member listing to a maximum of 10

This would give all of the entitlements of Organisational Membership/Individual plus up to nine additional organisational Individual Associate or Individual Members (payable at the relevant rate) who would each receive an individual listing on the on-line directory plus AC communications and discounts to AC events. Each named individual must fill out a separate application form which is vetted and approved by the AC. They must be at either associate or member level to get into the on-line individual directory.

5) Multiple Organisational Membership

Two organisations 15% discount
Three organisations 25% discount
This would give all of the entitlements of Organisational Membership plus an Organisational on-line listing for each company.

Corporate Membership

Corporate 1 £415.00/€523.73 membership fee for 1 primary contact + up to 6 representatives
Corporate 2 £690.00/€870.78 membership fee for 1 primary contact + (7 – 24) representatives
Corporate 3 £1,020.00/€1,287.24 membership fee for 1 primary contact + (25-39) representatives
Corporate 4 £1,350.00/€1,703.70 membership fee for 1 primary contact + (40-90) representatives
A one off registration fee of £47.50/ €59.95 (VAT inclusive) applies to all

Membership of the Association for Coaching (AC) is open to those organisations who are using or thinking about using coaching for internal executive/ staff development, or are a professional body/organisation with an interest in coaching related topics.

This is for any

    • Organisation using internal coaching for executive /staff development
    • Organisation using external coaching for executive/staff development
    • Organisation considering using coaching for executive/staff development
    • Professional body/organisation with an interest in coaching related topics

Can have up to 90 representatives with an associated fee structure

Corporate members shall be entitled to receive notice of and be represented at meetings of the Association.
