Katherine TulpaKatherine Tulpa – AC CEO

Katherine is CEO and Co- Founder of the Association for Coaching. She also runs a successful board-level coaching business, Wisdom8, specialising in coaching CEOs, Execs/Top Teams in fast growth, multi-cultural environments. As a Global Leadership Coach, Katherine works internationally across the US, Europe, the UAE and Asia, having coached across 26 different nationalities. A driving force for coaching excellence, she is also a frequent speaker, author, lecturer and coach mentor/supervisor. Katherine is recipient of two AC Honorary Awards for Influencing & Impacting the Coaching Profession, as well as being awarded Coach/Mentor of the year by Coaching at Work.

Alex SzaboAlex Szabo – AC COO

Alex is COO and Co-Founder of the Association for Coaching. She has over twenty five years experience in strategic leadership and operations. Alex works with senior leaders globally and has diverse senior commercial experience which she combines with a passion for developing senior executives to their full potential. Alex's background of psychology, training, merchant banking, and entrepreneurial experience led her to found Tailored Coaching and co–founded Purposeful Connections. Alex was awarded an AC Honorary award for Influencing the Coaching Profession, is an author in Excellence in Coaching and is on the international editorial board of the academic-based coaching journal "Coaching; an International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice"

Darren RobsonDarren Robson – AC Director of Strategy, Innovation and Partnerships

Darren is leading the AC's Global Social Innovation initiative with a clear vision to see the Global Coaching community collaborate to positively impact its first Billion people. He is establishing relationships with a diverse range of charities, not-for-profit and social organisations across the world. Darren Received the AC Honorary Award for Influencing the Coaching Profession in 2006. He is the Director of Innovation for Penna's Board and Executive Partnership practice.
