Nick Thorogood
Nick Thorogood has always taken an active interest in the development of staff both on his team and within the TV industry. Having worked his way up from a junior runner's role to a senior commissioning role at ITV he is only too aware in this era, how important training and development and coaching can be for a genuine improvement and development of the work force. Having completed his ADP at the London Business School and worked with a number of high profile industry coaches, Nick decided to invest more in the up and coming talent within the TV industry. He was asked to be involved as a member of the Executive Committee of the TVYP – the Edinburgh TV Festival programme specifically for 18-25 year olds. Nick is also a member of the Food Foundation.
