Gay White, a Registered Work and Organisational Psychologist, founded Zero One Consulting in 2006, specialising in Management, Personal Development and Leadership Programmes. An AC Accredited Coach, she offers clients a range of coaching services; Business and Executive Coaching, Individual and Team coaching and Career Coaching. A Fellow of the Irish Institute for Training and Development, Gay also lectures on Postgraduate programmes. Johanna is a Business Psychologist and the founder of SEVEN, Psychology at Work. She is a registered member of the PSI and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the BPS. Johanna is also a founder member of the Association for Coaching Ireland (AC) and is currently the Head of Corporate Membership for the AC Council. Johanna was previously the Managing Partner of a leading practice of Business Psychologists in Dublin and is the author of a number of publications, including the award winning 'Managing the Mosaic; Diversity in Action'. Johanna has over 19 years experience consulting and coaching in a range of organisations. She has worked within the private and public sector and on both a national and international level. Trudy Arthurs is a professionally qualified, experienced coach, NLP practitioner, and facilitator. She has worked in the people-development arena for nearly 20 years, specializing in leadership, communication skills and confidence coaching.
An Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching, she is also the Head of Operations of the Association for Coaching in Ireland. She is currently completing her first book 'Lead Your Life-Love Your Life', and is a regular contributor of media articles on coaching and personal development.
