Our main facilitators are postgraduate qualified practicing coaches who regularly engage with research and reflective practice. The programme design is underpinned by a philosophy that promotes ethical leadership and making the most significant difference. | ||||

We aim to develop Coaches to enable organisational leadership capability and knowledge. Developing awareness of self through critically reflective practice is encouraged. Making a positive contribution to business, helping people build stronger personal confidence and positive self regard are key themes. You will study usually through block workshops on Fridays and Saturdays. | ||||
