 Our approach is highly practical and clearly defined – in both objectives and length. Diagnostic tools identify key priorities, usually expressed as business issues, and a coaching contract is agreed. This is then addressed through a series of one to one sessions with optional email and telephone support. Our approach is primarily developmental, but can also be used to tackle ‘problem’ issues.
