Chair
Katherine Tulpa
, BSc, HFAC, FRSA, MISMA

As a pioneering board-level Coach, Katherine works with CEOs and multi-cultural top teams across the globe. Passionate about awakening change and leadership in society through coaching, she is Chair and Co-founder of the Association for Coaching and Co-CEO of Wisdom8. A driver of coaching excellence, she is a frequent speaker, coach mentor and author to include “Excellence in Coaching, the Industry Guide”, and on the International Editorial Board for “Coaching: An international journal of theory, research and practice.”. In 2004 & 2006 she won the AC Honorary Awards for Influencing & Impacting the Coaching Profession and was recently cited as joint Coaching/Mentoring Person of 2007 by Coaching at Work.

Alex Szabo
BSc, Dip THP CRAH

Alex’s background of psychology, training, merchant banking, and entrepreneurial experience led her to found Tailored Coaching which provides results orientated personal and business coaching to independent business professionals, executives & entrepreneurs. She is a qualified and accredited Personal and Professional coach who specialises in moving clients from ideation to implementable action. Her aim is for a client to achieve a balanced personal and professional life and tailor the life they desire. As entrepreneur and MD for one of London’s largest training companies, her roles have included strategic management, business process reengineering, marketing, goal setting; as well as one-to one and group coaching responsibilities

Gladeana McMahon
FBACP, FIMS, FAC, FRSA

Gladeana is Co-director at the Centre for Coaching in London. Accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, she is UKCP and UKRC registered. Her coaching career includes career management, executive coaching and mentoring in both public and private sectors. An internationally published author, she also edits two prestigious journals and writes regularly for a range of publications. Her media work includes Life Coach for GMTV Website and Stress Coach for the Channel 4 website. Gladeana is also a Fellow of the BACP and the Institute of Management Specialists.

Head of Organisational Development
Amanda Bouch
BA, MBA, MCIM, MSPS

Amanda’s background is in marketing and management development, working internationally in Germany, UK and Kenya, before returning to the UK and, through completing an executive MBA at MBS, moving into management consultancy specialising in the customer side of the business. Over the last few years, Amanda has concentrated on executive coaching and facilitation, qualifying as a Certified NLP Practitioner and with a Diploma in Coaching. She works as a freelance coach and consultant mostly with multi-national organisations, both at the individual level and with the leadership and management teams to support change.

Diana Hogbin

Diana is on a mission to ensure the coaching industry has the standards and methodologies to guarantee a high level of client service that delivers results. She is an independently accredited coach with the UK College of Life Coaching, and an associate of the College of Executive Coaching. Diana’s career has spanned market research, strategic marketing and business change consultancy where she learnt early on that change cannot be enforced. By living this belief, Diana has gone on to establish her own coaching practice where she typically attracts entrepreneurs, next generation managers, and individuals or teams who are looking for a dynamic coach to support them as they illuminate and re-sculpt the context within which they operate.

Jeannette Marshall

Jeannette is head of coaching at Marshall Vere Associates and has a passion for helping people realise and then achieve their true potential. Her coaching interventions are always grounded in the real world and are based on tried, tested and proven state of the art coaching strategies. Jeannette has more than six years of business coaching experience and delivers her sessions both face-to-face and via the telephone, working with independent business owners, senior executives and managers. She has achieved accreditation with the Coaching Academy and has a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching, with a highly motivational, charismatic and energetic style.

Darren Robson

Darren is the Director of LifeLessOrdinary a boutique consultative coaching firm specialising in high potential entrepreneurial businesses. His professional experience includes serving on the Council of the AC as the Head of Strategic Relations having previously worked as a ‘’roll your sleeves up and get on with it’ strategy consultant with Deloitte. A Co-Active trained coach, NLP and MBTI Practitioner, with a Masters in Innovation (Enterprise Integration) from Cranfield University and 1st class honours degree in Business Management. His vision is simple coaching based relationships in every business, community and education establishment……the realisation is the fun bit.

Angela Dunbar

Angela Dunbar is an accredited coach within the AC and has been running her own successful training and development business for over 13 years. During this time she has gathered a wealth of experience across a diverse range of organizations and the people within them that make them successful. Holding a diploma in both Performance and Life Coaching and also a Master NLP Practitioner, Angela works with people who want to find their niche in business or just life in general. Angela has a background in sales and marketing and is also a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Carol Wilson

Carol Wilson is Managing Director of Performance Coach Training in partnership with Sir John Whitmore and Performance Consultants International. An professional speaker, writer and broadcaster, Carol is Head of Accreditation at the Association for Coaching. With a background at board level in the entertainment industry, she works with organisations advising and implementing strategies to create a coaching culture and provides coach training for individuals in foundation and advanced skills. Carol was nominated for the AC Awards ‘Influence in Coaching’ and ‘Impact in Coaching’ and is the author of ‘All About Performance Coaching’.

Nicola Russian
BCOM Hons, PNPL

Nic runs Nicola Russian Associates, a personal development consultancy in Edinburgh. She is a performance, career and confidence coach working with individuals and organisations. Alongside associates Envision, Nic also runs personal and professional development workshops. She is an NLP Practioner and Actor/Role-player for business simulations, and has extensive experience in facilitation, strategy and change management consultancy within large public and blue chip organisations. Her previous work was as Change Management Consultant for the DTI’s Corporate Services Group in London.
