An Association for Coaching Master Class

A leading-edge coaching master class is being offered by the Association for Coaching in the essence of Business Coaching, in London on November 1st 2007.

With the pressure on senior business executives to continue to improve performance in an increasingly complex environment, often with diminishing resources, strong business coaching is much in demand.  Coaching for business executives is now used by organisations, from large corporates to SMEs, and the need is increasingly for coaching designed to help executives increase profitability and efficiency

Business Coaching for Corporate Execs, led by Darren Shirlaw, will address this issue through the exploration of the highly successful Shirlaws model, and associated frameworks, for business coaching, and how to apply these in the corporate environment.   The Class will also consider the current vision for the coaching industry and its role in maximising organisational performance.
