A Wake Up Call For Coaches

Best known for working with high profile management teams, Andrew Gilpin, Chairman of the
Institute of Human Development, is a guest speaker for the Association for Coaching’s Mini
Master-Class series on 25th October. Aimed at both experienced and aspiring coaches, this
will be an inspiring and challenging master class designed to propel coaches headlong into
21st century coaching ideas and techniques.

Those attending will be asked to challenge many of their current beliefs about coaching.
They will also be invited to consider whether everything they know about psychology, goal
setting, theories and models of human behaviour is enough without mastering a fundamental
truth about human performance that just can’t be learned through intellectual knowledge
alone.

of what makes them an inspired coach in order to answer that all important question.
