Best known for working with high profile management teams, Andrew Gilpin, Chairman of the
Institute of Human Development, is a guest speaker for the Association for Coaching’s Mini
Master-Class series on 25th October. Aimed at both experienced and aspiring coaches, this
will be an inspiring and challenging master class designed to propel coaches headlong into
21st century coaching ideas and techniques.
Those attending will be asked to challenge many of their current beliefs about coaching.
They will also be invited to consider whether everything they know about psychology, goal
setting, theories and models of human behaviour is enough without mastering a fundamental
truth about human performance that just can’t be learned through intellectual knowledge
alone.
And what is this ‘fundamental truth’? Participants will be challenged to explore the very core
of what makes them an inspired coach in order to answer that all important question.
The event promises to be innovative and inspiring. As well as being a highly prized speaker,
Adrian Gilpin’s also the bestselling author of ‘Unstoppable – The Pathway to Living an
Inspired Life’. And, as ever, the Association for Coaching is fulfilling its promise of promoting
excellence and ethics in coaching by inviting yet another cutting edge speaker to ensure their
members are one step ahead.
