Nicola Russian, Acting Head of AC Scotland
Nic runs Nicola Russian Associates in Edinburgh focusing on coaching and personal development for individuals and organisations. Her passion is coaching people on career change/progression, to achieve clarity, and to improve confidence and inter-personal skills. She is also an Accredited NLP Practioner, a Facilitator, a Role-player for business simulations, and she runs workshops with for organisational staff on personal and professional development with associates. Nic has extensive experience in Strategy and Change Management Consultancy as well as Facilitation with large public and blue chip organisations. She was a Change Management Consultant for the DTI’s Corporate Services Group in London for 3 years.
Martha Leishman
Martha runs businesslive! in Glasgow and is on the ACS conference team by day, and shares the role of CPD and Events co-ordinator by night. She is a personal development and speaking skills coach. Combining techniques from her professional acting background with her coaching training, she enables clients to make an impact as influencers and presenters at work. In addition she project manages actors for creative simulations in the financial sector, and for judicial skills training.
Kathy Clark
Kathy runs ‘Golconda’ meaning ‘abundance of wealth’ and specialises in wealth and confidence coaching. She particularly enjoys the challenge of facilitating for team synergy and coaching clients for personal development. With a background in corporate change management Kathy is also a property developer who believes in eternally learning and challenging herself in order to grow.
Naomi Glover
Naomi, Envision Coaching, is a qualified Coach, Trainer and Accredited NLP Practitioner. With a strong corporate background including Project Management, Consultancy and management within Learning & Development, she now produces personal & professional development workshops for organisations. Naomi also provides 1:1 personal and business coaching for individuals and consultancy support for organisations wanting to introduce coaching. Her particular emphasis is on achieving stretch goals, and making improvements in work life balance. In addition to her work on the ACS Development Team, Naomi is on the Management Committee of ABEL, a project in East Lothian that provides confidence, communication and self-esteem coaching to children and young adults.
Lesley Porteous
Lesley runs her own Coaching business, Straight Talking Plus in which she helps people achieve their life goals and business goals. She is also part of a Coaching training team APP Associates (About People Potential) which delivers courses to people from a wide range of backgrounds assisting them in learning and developing Coaching skills towards leadership management or to set up their own Coaching practice. Lesley also runs evening classes in Life Coaching and delivers short courses offering ‘An Introduction to Coaching Skills’.
