Coaching Masterclass

A Coaching MasterClass with Myles Downey, Author of “Effective Coaching”

Assisted by Kirsty Leishman, Lettoch Associates

This is open to all delegates to attend as it will be of value to Coaches as well as those interested in Coaching and/or responsible for Coaching programmes within their Organisation.

Delegates will be able to:

  • observe and review a demonstration of Coaching
  • gain an in-depth insight into a particular model of Coaching
  • see how that model might inform individual practice

The session will involve the introduction of a comprehensive coaching model that has evolved over 20 years, as well as the opportunity for discussion, questions and maybe some answers! There will be a live demonstration of Coaching, providing an insight into The School of Coaching’s own model and a review of how that might inform the delegates’ own approach.
