The Scottish Government's project - Scotland 2025 - cites the increasing interdependence of countries and people as a crucial for a successful Scotland. New avenues for trade and investment flows are anticipated. Coaching Across Cultures has an important role to play in helping Scotland make the most of such opportunities. Organisations operating internationally and across cultures need their personnel to achieve results faster than ever before. Their teams, executives and leaders need support to get up to speed quickly. Tailored to the Scottish context, this interactive workshop will provide Coaches and corporate personnel with new insights into the why's, what's and how's in this challenging area of Coaching.  Attendees will leave with actions that can be implemented immediately, as well as practical tips on how to further develop their own and their organisation’s understanding and capabilities.

This workshop is based on the work of Results Coaching Systems founder, David Rock, into the links between coaching and the brain, as well as latest findings by eminent neuroscientists.  This workshop has been presented at two prestigious global summits - the International Human Resources Management Conference, & the International Positive Psychology Summit. In this highly interactive workshop, discover how the mind works, and gain some practical skills and new perspectives on Coaching that will transform the way you work. The workshop will be led by Christopher Samsa and Richard Bentley, PCC, Directors, Results Coaching Systems (Europe). Richard is also on the Global Board of the ICF.
